Woke

Divided after changes grew.
The road is washed away, no going back.
Fade to what we knew.
Looking for life, relive the fond memories.
Wrongs can't be undone.
Sifting through broken memories
Taken away is all the fun.
Removing History and buried the Truth.
Teachers are tampered to tempered teachings.
Life is all but aborted.
Faded are the brightest minds of our youth.
Messages are being distorted.
Chaos in the street, steal and stab.
Bad behavior is being rewarded.
People just smash and grab.
Truth as we knew it is being Distorted.
Police are a phone call to far.
Time took its sweet time.
Grand theft auto, a stolen car.
Founding fathers are rolling in their graves.
Reality check, Life is too short.
